Evergreen 4-Star Award

Every other month, Evergreen Rehabilitation likes to recognize team members who make a difference in the lives of others by presenting the 4-Star Award.

The 4-Star Award is based on a book called the The Fred Factor, by Mark Sanborn. The book reveals the four basic principles that will help us bring fresh energy and creativity to our life and work.

FRED Factor principles:

Principle number 1: Everyone makes a difference.

Principle number 2: Everything is built on relationships.

Principle number 3: You must continually create value for others, and it doesn't have to cost a penny.

Principle number 4: You can reinvent yourself regularly.

Nominations may be completed by any Evergreen employee and turned into their Regional Director. The winners receive a trip to Hilton Head, South Carolina, that includes transportation for two and accommodations at a golf resort. In addition, they receive an extra day of PTO so that they may enjoy an extra day of relaxation.
