| A big part of Evergreen’s mission statement deals with our desire to provide a nurturing, fun, and supportive environment for our customers. Our employees are one of the most important customers of Evergreen Rehab. Without all that they do each and every day, Evergreen Rehab would not exist and flourish the way it has. We would not be able to provide the care and needed services to our patients and residents and do what we do best… take care of the aging population.
An Employee Satisfaction Survey was distributed in August 2008. There are many areas that showed our success: We are proud to share that 100% of our Employees stated that they enjoyed working for Evergreen Rehabilitation.
There are also several areas where we could improve. We take these responses very seriously and continuously strive to balance the goals of quality patient care and satisfied employees. We always encourage our team members to communicate to the management team regarding their thoughts and concerns, and look forward to responding to them correctly.
